  1. For preparing brinjal sauce, preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius.
  2. Prick the brinjals with a fork, then place it on a baking sheet and bake till it becomes very soft.
  3. Allow it to cool a bit and then peel the brinjals’ skin.
  4. Mash the flesh of the brinjals.
  5. Add in grated garlic, salt and vinegar. Mix it well.
  6. Brinjal sauce is ready. Serve with steaks, boiled veggies or as a side dish.
