Ingredients
Ingredients:
  • Chopped broccoli 1 cup –
  • Boiled and smashed aloo 1 cup –
  • Chopped Onion : 1 cup –
  • Chopped Ginger : 2 tsp. –
  • Red chilli powder : 1 tsp –
  • Salt to tast –
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil and mix well
  2. Make small ball and keep it
  3. Dust the broccoli ball in the maida
  4. Heat the oil and put the ball and fry it till it get brown colour
  5. Broccoli kofta is ready
