Ingredients

  1. Cut broccoli in a food prosser or a mixie or a with hand to really fine dots (pieces).
  2. Grind green chlies in a food processeser or mixie or by hand to fine pieces (the pieces should only taste in the thoran it should not be seen).
  3. Mix grated coconut (the more coconut the better the taste, i us sully add a quite a bit)
  4. Mix a pinch of turmeric powder (just a pinch nothing more),
  5. Add salt and add finely dice onions (add a little extra)
  6. Heat pan with oil.
  7. Sputter mustard seeds and cumin seeds (put a litle extra cumin seeds because the thoran needs a little sweetish/ mitish taste).
  8. Add dried red chilies currie leaves and saute it for a minute now add the broccoli mxture and stir fry it maximum for 2 or 3 miniutes (not more). :- Serve this with rice.
