Ingredients
  • brown rice 1 cup –
  • moong dal 1/4 cup –
  • Ginger : small piece –
  • Pepper corns : few –
  • jeera few –
  • Salt
  • Red chilli : 2 –
  • Green chilli 1 –
  • cashews few –
  • ghee 3 sp –
Instructions
  1. soak brown rice over night and pressure cook it with salt ,moong dal and turmeric
  2. when cooked smash the food gently
  3. in a pan saute ginger crushed pepperr corns,jeera red chilli, green chilli curry leaves with cashews
  4. saute all and stir with the cooked rice and serve
