brown rice 1 cup –
moong dal 1/4 cup –
Ginger
: small piece –
Pepper corns : few –
jeera few –
Salt

Red chilli : 2 –
Green chilli 1 –
cashews few –
ghee
3 sp –
Instructions
soak brown rice over night and pressure cook it with
salt
,moong dal and
turmeric
when cooked smash the food gently
in a pan saute
ginger
crushed pepperr corns,jeera red chilli, green chilli
curry leaves
with cashews
saute all and stir with the cooked rice and serve
