  • Brown rice( soak) – 1cup
  • Soya chunks( soak in hot water and squeeze excess water ) – ¼cup
  • Onion 1chopped
  • Tomato 3
  • Mint and coriander(little) –
  • Red chili – 4to 5
  • Whole spice(each) – 1
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • Red chili – ½tsp
  • Green chili – 1
  • Gingelly oil 2tbsp
  • Turmeric ¼tsp
  1. In pan add oil and sauté whole spices and onion , green chili
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste sauté well
  3. Grind tomato, whole spices and keep aside
  4. Now add mint and coriander leaves and mix well
  5. Now add grind tomato and sauté well and add red chili powder and salt and turmeric and sauté well
  6. Now add Soya chunks and add water for rice 1:2
  7. When water boil add rice and cook till rice cook
  8. Now the Brown rice soya chunks tomato rice ready to serve.
