Cabbage

Instructions
Boil little
water
in a vessel. Dip the
cabbage
leaves in it.2) Heat butter in a pan. Add
garlic
,
green chillies
,
onion
, cilantro and grated
carrot
.
Fry for few minutes.4) Add the chicken slices,
turmeric
,
salt
and rice. Mix well.
Fill a tsp of rice mixture in
cabbage
leaves and roll. Secure with a tooth pick or twin.
Arrange it in steamer and cook it for 15 – 20 minutes.
