for applying on the tawa –
Instructions
Boil the shredded
cabbage
.
Soak rice for 2 hours and grind it.
Add the cooked
cabbage
,
coconut
, chilly powder,
turmeric powder
, asafoetida and
salt
. Mix well.
Make dosas instantly.
:- The batter should be poured a bit thick.
Apply
oil
on the sides and cover the pan and cook your dosa.
