  1. Boil the shredded cabbage.
  2. Soak rice for 2 hours and grind it.
  3. Add the cooked cabbage, coconut, chilly powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and salt. Mix well.
  4. Make dosas instantly.
  5. :- The batter should be poured a bit thick.
  6. Apply oil on the sides and cover the pan and cook your dosa.
