Cabbage mexhukkupuratti to complement non-veg gravy

Ingredients
- Cabbage(chopped into chunks, coarse not finely chopped) - 250 gm
- garlic - 8 pcs
- Gignger(minced) - 1/4 tbsp
- Green chillies(sliced) - 2 nos
- Onion(finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
- Water - 60 ml
- White wine - 45 ml

Instructions
- Add onion, green chillies and stir fry for another 30 seconds.
- Add coarsely chopped cabbage and stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Add 60 ml water, cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove the lid, stir the entire stuff and add 45ml of white wine.
- Sprinkle pepper powder and keep on stirring till the entire mix is almost dry.
