Ingredients
Cabbage
(chopped into chunks, coarse not finely chopped) –
250
gm
garlic

Gignger(minced) –

tbsp
Green chillies
(sliced) –

Onion
(finely chopped) –

Black
Pepper Powder

Vegetable
oil

White wine –

ml
Instructions
Heat veg
oil
in a flat pan, stir fry
ginger
and
garlic
for 30 seconds.
Add
onion
,
green chillies
and stir fry for another 30 seconds.
Add coarsely chopped
cabbage
and stir fry for 30 seconds.
Add 60 ml
water
, cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove the lid, stir the entire stuff and add 45ml of white wine.
Sprinkle
pepper powder
and keep on stirring till the entire mix is almost dry.
