Instructions
Cook
cabbage
in boiling
water
with
salt
and
turmeric
for 10 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
Heat
oil
splutter
mustard seeds
, chana dal, green chilly and asafoetida. Fry for few minutes.
Add boiled
cabbage
, red chilly powder,
coriander powder
and cook covered for 3 minutes.
Now, add
salt
,
sugar
and
curry leaves
.
Fry the
cabbage
till brown in color. Garnish with coriander leaves.
