Ingredients
  • Bread slices – 2nos
  • Carrot(grated) – 1/2cup
  • Onion(cut into small pieces) – 1/4cup
  • Ginger Paste – 1/2tsp
  • Green chilly(cut into small pieces) – 1no
  • Curry leaves
  • Egg 1no
  • Butter – 1tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. Into a frying pan, add butter & saute carrot, onion, ginger paste, green chillies and curry leaves for 2 mins.
  2. Beat egg & add to the pan and scramble it untill the egg is well done & mix well together.
  3. Add salt & remove from flame.
  4. Remove the sides of the bread & keep the fillings inside and press both slices together.
  5. Cut into two triangular pieces.
  6. :- If needed heat both sides on a pan or microwave it.
