  • Carrot : 2 cups (grated) –
  • Sugar : 1 ½ cup –
  • Milk : 1 ½ cup –
  • Ghee : ½ cup –
  • Cashewnuts : few –
  • Almonds : few (crushed) –
  • Pista : few (crushed) –
  • Cardamom powder : ½ tsp –
  1. For preparing Carrot Halwa Easy, grate the carrots and keep aside.
  2. In a pressure cooker, add 2 tsp ghee. Fry the carrots in it for about 2 minutes. Add milk to it and pressure cook the carrots. (1 or 2 whistle). Heat a non stick kadai, transfer the carrot into it. Add sugar and mix.
  3. Let it boil till it become thick consistency. Add ghee and mix well. Add cardamom powder, all the nuts and mix well. When it is thick in consistency remove from fire.
  4. Garnish Carrot Halwa Easy with nuts above. Tasty halwa is ready.
