Ingredients
  • Carrot 250gm
  • Button Mushrooms – 200
  • Onions(medium) – 2nos
  • Pepper – 1tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Oil 2tbsp
Instructions
  1. Quarter and slice carrots(thin), slice onions and quarter mushrooms.
  2. Heat oil.
  3. Saute onion and carrot.
  4. Add salt.
  5. When carrot is nearly cooked, add mushrooms and saute for another 5 – 10 mins.
  6. Add pepper.
  7. :- Serve hot with chappathis.
  8. :- While adding mushrooms, add some water and boil. Strain and add pepper to the water to make excellent carrot-mushroom soup.
