Carrot Paniyaram
Carrot Paniyaram is the famous South Indian traditional special recipe.This would be the healthy choice of breakfast for infants and adults. Spicy Indian dumplings made from dosa batter is always a favorite breakfast recipe. This recipe tastes good when it is paired withkara chutney.

  • Carrot(grated ) – 2
  • Idly batter / rice flour/ instant batter flour – 1cup
  • Onion 1chopped
  • Curry leave(little) –
  • Mustard – 1/4tsp
  • Urad dal – 1/2tsp
  • Channa dal – 1/2tsp
  • Oil(for greasing) –
  1. In a pan add oil and temper mustard , urad, channa dal
  2. Now add onion and curry leaves saute well
  3. Now add carrot and saute
  4. Now transfer to batter and mix well. add salt
  5. In paniyaram pan add oil and pour batter in each , cook both side
  6. Now it ready to serve Carrot Paniyaram. serve with chutney
