  1. To Prepare Cauliflower Egg Stir Fry Mix cauliflower, green chillies, onions, turmeric powder, salt, curry leaves and shredded coconut and keep it marinated for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat pan and add Oil. Splutter Mustard Seeds.
  3. Add the marinated cauliflower and mix it. Cook it with lid closed in the lowest flame for 10 to 15 minutes without water.
  4. Meantime mix Eggs with Salt and Pepper.
  5. Keep the cauliflower on a side and add the egg and stir fry it.
  6. Once egg is cooked, mix with cauliflower for few minutes. Then add Pepper Powder and mix it.
  7. Dry the dish for little bit and done.
  8. Serve the Cauliflower Egg Stir Fry with roti or rice.
