- Cauliflower(cut into florets) - 1 no
- Gram flour(Kadala mavu) - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds(powdered, Jeerakkam podi) - 1 tsp
- Mustard powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 3 springs
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Thick coconut milk - 3/4 cup
- Juice of 2 lemons -
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing cauliflower in creamy coconut gravy, mix gram flour with a little water to make a smooth paste.
- Add the chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mustard powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Then add a little water and mix the ingredients.
- Heat the oil in kadai and fry the curry leaves and the cumin seeds.
- Add the spice paste and allow it to simmer for 6 minutes.(Add a little water if required).
- Pour in the lemon juice and mix well.
- Cauliflower in creamy coconut gravy is ready. Serve hot.
