Ingredients
- Cauliflower(cut into florets) - 1 no
- Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 2 nos
- Onion - 2 nos
- Tomato(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower for 10 minutes.
- Then steam the potatoes for 20 minutes or till done.
- In a bowl mix in chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt along with a dash of water.
- Marinate the potato and cauliflower in the above mixture for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds with curry leaves.
- Saute in the onions and tomatoes.
- Add in the marinated potato and cauliflower. Saute it well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala.
- Cauliflower potato dry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
