Cauliflower With Egg Salad
Cauliflower florets mixed with boiled eggs and dressing.

  • Cauliflower florets – 1cup
  • Eggs(hard boiled) – 1
  • Carrots(sliced) – 1no
  • Green peas 1/4cup
For salad dressing:
  1. Take a vessel and pour some water. Add salt and stir in cauliflower florets, carrots and green peas. Cook in medium heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove from fire and drain the veggies.
  3. Cut the boiled egg lengthwise.
  4. For salad dressing take the ingredients: curd, fresh cream, lime juice, honey, garlic, milk, pepper powder and salt in a bowl.
  5. Mix the ingredients until creamy.
  6. Place the boiled veggies and egg in a bowl. Stir in the salad dressing and mix thoroughly.
  7. Cauliflower with egg salad is ready and garnish with mint leaves.
