Instructions
For preparing cheera masiyal – brahmin special, first boil
spinach
in
water
by adding
turmeric powder
.
After it gets sufficiently cool, grind the boiled
spinach
. Please avoid over grinding.
Make this ground
spinach
in a semisolid state by adding enough
water
and add
salt
.
Fry
mustard seeds
, urad dal, and red chilly in hot
coconut oil
.
Add these fried items to the ground
spinach
