  • Milk 1cup
  • Bread crumbs 1cup
  • Cheese(grated) – 100gm
  • Eggs – 6nos
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Pepper(As reqd) –
  • Butter – 1tbsp
  1. Heat oven to 250 degree.
  2. Boil milk and add bread crumbs. Keep it aside to cool.
  3. Lightly beat eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix well together the grated cheese, beaten eggs and the soaked bread crumbs.
  5. Heat a cast iron skillet in the oven.
  6. Add butter and when it melts, add the egg mix.
  7. Bake it for about 15 mins, till the egg is set.
  8. :- Serve warm.
