Chettinad Paneer Masala
This is an authentic recipe. only the main ingredient is differs from the veg gravy. The other procedures are same.

  • Paneer – 1Pack
  • Onion 1No
  • Tomato 2Nos
  • Coconut 1/2Cup
  • Coriander seed – 2tsp
  • Dry chilly – 5Nos
  • Cumin seed – 1/2tsp
  • Fennel seed 1/2tsp
  • Pepper – 1/2tsp
  • Fenugreek – 1/4tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
  • Curry leaves 1string
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • Oil 3tbsp
  • Mustard – 1tsp
  1. In a pan add 1 tsp oil then roast coriander seed.
  2. Add dry chilly and roast well.
  3. Add fennel seed, cumin seed & fenugreek seed one by one.
  4. Now add onion & tomato then saute well.
  5. Turn off the flame add coconut & then allow to cool.
  6. Now grind the above mixture smoothly.
  7. In a pan, add oil, temper curry leaves,dry chilly,mustard
  8. Add ginger garlic paste saute well till the raw smell goes.
  9. Now add the grinded masala with little water bring to boil, then add salt.
  10. Add panneer & cook for few min then turn off.
  11. Now the Chettinad Panneer Masala ready to serve with chapathi or roti.
