Instructions
In a pan add 1 tsp
oil
then roast coriander seed.
Add dry chilly and roast well.
Add
fennel seed
, cumin seed & fenugreek seed one by one.
Now add
onion
&
tomato
then saute well.
Turn off the flame add
coconut
& then allow to cool.
Now grind the above mixture smoothly.
In a pan, add
oil
, temper
curry leaves
,dry chilly,mustard
Add
ginger
garlic
paste saute well till the raw smell goes.
Now add the grinded masala with little
water
bring to boil, then add
salt
.
Add panneer & cook for few min then turn off.
Now the Chettinad Panneer Masala ready to serve with chapathi or roti.
