  1. chop the onion and carrot
  2. in a bowl add egg, chopped onion, carrot, red chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper, salt, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, fenugreek seed powder, coriander leaves and beet well
  3. heat the tawa and pour the egg mixture and apply oil and cook for 2 minutes
  4. turn the side and cook for 2 minutes
  5. chettinadu egg omelet is ready, garnish with curry leaves
