Chicken Broasted In Pressure Cooker
its very tasty and cripsy dish of broasted with a kerala touch

Ingredients
Chicken 1 Kg –
corn flour half cup –
crushed cornflakes 1 cup –
All purpose flour
: 1 cup –
Chilly powder : 2 tsp –
Pepper powder
: 2 tsp –
Salt
to taste –
Oil
as needed –
ginger
garlic
paste 2 tsp each –
Egg
: 1 –
milk
1 table spoon –
Instructions
Clean the skin and cut it to pieces and if you need keep the skin.
Add
salt
and
pepper powder
to it and mix it well.
Take a plate and add all the powders ,
salt
and
ginger
garlic
paste to it and mix it well
Then take one of the chicken piece and coat the mixed flour on it.
Then repeat same with all the chicken pieces
Keep it in a plate
Take a small bowl and add
egg
and
milk
and mix it well
Add the coated chicken to the
egg
mix and mix it well
Then add the chicken in to the remaining flour and mix it well.
Repeat the same with all the other chicken pieces.
Take a pressure cooker and add
oil
to it when its hot.
Then add the marinated chicken pieces to the
oil
Close the pressure cooker and wait for two whistles
And off the flame and wait for 5 minutes ,then open the cooker.
Then transfer the chicken pieces to a bowl that is having sieves or holes, so that we can drain the excess
oil
Transfer to the serving dish
