  1. Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and egg white.
  2. Add cornflour and mix well. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the marinated chicken pieces. Remove in a plate.
  4. Heat up the rest of the oil.
  5. Add the chopped onion and saute till it turns light golden colour.
  6. Add capsicum and stir well. Do not allow the capsicum to get over cooked.
  7. Add½ tspchilli powder,½ tspginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of soya sauce and 1 tsp of schezwan sauce.
  8. Add salt, if required. Saute well.
  9. Add fried chicken and stir for 1 minute.
  10. Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
  11. :- Serve hot with chapati, rice etc.
