Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken(cubed) - 2 cups
- Noodles - 1 packet
- Onion(finely sliced) - 1 no
- Spring onions(finely chopped) - 1 spring
- garlic(grated) - 2 cloves
- Bean sprouts - 1/2 cup
- Cabbage(grated) - 1 cup
- Carrot(peeled and grated) - 3 nos
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chilly oil(As reqd) -
- Peanut oil - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing chicken chowmein, cook the noodles in boiling salt water and then drain it. Wash it under tap water and mix it in peanut oil. Keep it aside.
- When the chicken pieces becomes light brown sautT in the onions and garlic for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Sprinkle in required soya sauce and pepper powder.
- Add in the cooked noodles and mix well. Remove it from the flame.
- Chicken chowmein is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
