Ingredients
- Chicken breast(chopped) - 450 g
- Mushrooms(sliced) - 225 g
- Coconut milk - 1 litre
- Red curry paste - 2 tbsp
- Fish sauce - 2 tbsp
- Granulated sugar - 1 tbsp
- Lime leaves - 5 nos
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add the red curry paste and cook the mixture for 3 minutes. Stir the paste all the time to prevent it sticking on the bottom of the pan.
- Add the chicken pieces, fish sauce and sugar to the pan. Stir well and allow it to cook on low flame.
- Continue to stir to prevent the mixture from sticking to the base of the pan.
- Chicken curry with mushrooms is ready. Serve hot with rice.
