Chicken Fry With Mayonnaise
Marinated chicken pieces deep fried in oil and combined with mayonnaise and other ingredients

  • Chicken – 250g
  • Oil for deep frying –
For preparing sauce mixture:
  • Mayonnaise – 3tbsp
  • Tomato sauce – 1tbsp
  • Chilly sauce – 2tbsp
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Lime juice – 1tsp
  1. For preparing chicken fry with mayonnaise, first combine together the ingredients for marinade: egg, corn flour, plain flour, required salt and mix with chicken pieces. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces until golden brown and done. Drain excess oil with paper towels.
  3. Heat up 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and stir in ingredients for preparing sauce mixture one by one: mayonnaise, tomato sauce, chilly sauce, sugar and lime juice.
  4. Stir in fried chicken pieces and toss to combine well. Chicken fry with mayonnaise, a tasty yummy recipe, is ready.
