Instructions
For preparing chicken in creamy
coconut
gravy, take a bowl and mix in roasted grated
coconut
, cheese,
coriander powder
, chilly powder,
salt
and
coconut
milk
. Keep it aside.
Heat
oil
in a pan, add the chicken pieces,
cardamom
and bay leaf. Saute for 3 minutes.
Pour in the
coconut
mixture and mix well.
Add the dry
red chillies
and coriander leaves. Allow the chicken to cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Chicken in creamy
coconut
gravy is ready. Serve hot with bread, vegetable pulao etc.
