Ingredients
- Chicken(chopped) - 1/2 kg
- Pistachio - 1/2 cup
- Onion(finely chopped, big) - 1 no
- Tomato(finely chopped, small) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 5 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Then add in chilly powder, turmeric powder, tomato and garam masala. Fry till the oil separates.
- Toss in the chicken pieces with a little water and mix well. Allow it to cook on low flame with a closed lid.
- Pour in the pistachio paste and allow it to simmer for some time.
- Sprinkle pepper powder and garnish with coriander leaves. Remove it from the flame.
- Chicken in pistachio gravy is ready. Serve hot with chappathi, porotta, etc.
