Ingredients

1/2 kg Chicken breast chopped
1 tsp Poppy seeds ground, Khus khus
1 no Onion chopped
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 spring Curry leaves
4 springs Coriander leaves finely chopped
Oil As reqd
Salt As reqd

Instructions

For preparing chicken in poppy seeds, cook chicken in salt water till soft. Drain the water and allow it to cool.
Shred the chicken with a fork.
Heat oil in a pan, sautT the onion till transparent.
Add in the shredded chicken with pepper powder, curry leaves, coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix it well with poppy seeds paste.
Chicken in poppy seeds is ready. Serve hot.
