  1. For preparing chicken in veggies, take a pressure cooker and add in chicken, beetroot, beans, potatoes, onion, tomatoes, green chillies, curry leaves, salt and little water. Mix it well and cook it for 1 whistle.
  2. Heat oil and ghee in a vessel. Add in fennel seeds and bay leaf. SautT it well. 3)Then add in chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chicken masala and garam masala. SautT for some time on low flame.
  3. Add in the cooked veggies, chicken and the broth. SautT it well.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves, pepper powder and lemon juice. Mix well.
  5. Chicken in veggies are ready. Serve hot.
