Chicken Kofta
we do kofta in aloo paneer and bread. but in non veg we use chicken and fish too. this is chicken version. yummy taste too

  • Chicken – ½kg
  • Aloo – 1cup
  • Red chili powder – 1tsp
  • White Pepper – 1tsp
  • Salt(to taste) –
  • Turmeric ¼tsp
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • Maida – 2tsp
  • Corn flour – 2tsp
  • chopped green chili – 1stp
  • Chopped coriander leaves – 1tsp
  • Oil(to fry) –
  1. Steam the chicken and peel into small piece
  2. Boil the aloo with salt and smash it
  3. In a bowl add aloo , peeled chicken, red chili powder, salt, garam masala white pepper, turmeric, maida , corn flour, green chili and coriander leaves and mix well.
  4. Mix like a dough .Take some from dough make shape like ball or cylindrical shape
  5. Heat the oil and put the chicken balls and fry it.
  6. Now chicken kofta is ready . Serve with sauce
