Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken(chopped) - 500 g
- Onions(chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chilly(slit) - 1 nos
- garlic - 6 cloves
- Ginger - 1 1/2 inch
- White Pepper - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Saffron(soaked in 1 tbsp water) - 1/4 tsp
- Dry fenugreek leaves(Uluva ela) - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing chicken lahori, grind onions, green chilly, garlic, ginger, garam masala, salt and white pepper. Keep it aside.
- Heat a vessel and fry the above paste in oil.
- Add in yogurt and dry fenugreek leaves. Mix well.
- Chicken lahori is ready. Serve hot with chapathi.
