Instructions
  1. For preparing chicken mince with cottage cheese, heat oil in a large pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add onion and ginger-garlic paste. Fry till it becomes transparent on low flame.
  3. Then add the tomato puree, curry leaves and green chillies. SautT for 3 minutes on low flame.
  4. Sprinkle in chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and a little water. Mix well.
  5. Then sautT in the tomatoes for 5 minutes on low flame.
  6. Toss in the chicken mince and green peas with required water. Mix well and allow it to cook
  7. After the chicken mince is cooked, add in the fried paneer and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes with a closed pan.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.
  9. Chicken mince with cottage cheese is ready. Serve hot with chapati.
