Ingredients
- Chicken Mince(washed and drained) - 500 g
- Cottage cheese(cubed and fried, Paneer) - 400 g
- Fresh green peas - 1/2 cup
- Onion(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds(powdered, Jeerakam podi) - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing chicken mince with cottage cheese, heat oil in a large pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Then add the tomato puree, curry leaves and green chillies. SautT for 3 minutes on low flame.
- Sprinkle in chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and a little water. Mix well.
- Then sautT in the tomatoes for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Toss in the chicken mince and green peas with required water. Mix well and allow it to cook
- After the chicken mince is cooked, add in the fried paneer and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes with a closed pan.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.
- Chicken mince with cottage cheese is ready. Serve hot with chapati.
