- Bread slices - 6 nos
- Boneless Chicken - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Onion(finely cubed) - 1 no
- Tomato(finely cubed) - 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Mint leaves(crushed) -
- olive oil(As reqd) -
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing chicken mint sandwich, first cook the boneless chicken in water, salt and turmeric powder.
- Drain the water and allow it to cool.
- Heat the olive oil in a vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes light brown. Remove it from the flame and allow it to cool.
- Blend chicken cubes with cream, mayonnaise, lime juice and pepper powder. Add salt if required.
- Put it into a bowl.
- Add in the fried onions and tomato. Mix it well.
- Spread crushed mint in a plate and keep it aside.
- Cut out the sides of the bread slices.
- Spread butter on each slice and then spread butter on the rim of the slice.
- Dip the sides of each buttered slice into the crushed mint so that it sticks to the outer rim.
- Spread a portion of the prepared chicken mixture on one slice and cover it with the other slice.
- Chicken mint sandwich is ready. Serve immediately.
