Instructions
- For preparing chicken omelet, fry the chicken and shred it.
- Take a bowl add in the shredded chicken, onion and cheese. Keep this filling aside.
- In the same pan heat butter.
- Pour in egg mixture and when it begins to thicken around the edges then reduce the heat. Cover and cook it.
- Remove the cover and increase the flame to brown the bottom.
- Place filling on 1/2 of the omelet.
- Loosen all the edges carefully. Fold the omelet in half and remove from the flame.
- Chicken omelet is ready. Serve immediately.
