Ingredients
- Pasta(cooked) - 175 g
- Boneless chicken breasts(cubed) - 4 nos
- Spring onions(finely chopped) - 4 springs
- Ginger(grated) - 1 inch
- garlic(grated) - 4 cloves
- Onion(finely cubed) - 1 no
- Garlic cloves(chopped) - 2 nos
- Cucumber(peeled, de-seeded and sliced) - 1/2 cup
- Carrot(peeled and grated) - 1 no
- Capsicum(de-seeded and sliced) - 1/2 cup
- Baby Corn(halved) - 115 g
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- basil leaves - 4 nos
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Put the cooked pasta in a bowl and sprinkle the remaining soy sauce over them.
- Top the pasta with the cooked vegetables.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces till it becomes brown on all the sides.
- Toss in the fried chicken with the noodles and mix it gently.
- Chicken pasta with vegetables are ready. Serve immediately with ketchup.
