Ingredients
- Chicken(medium sized) - 1½ kg
- Onions(chopped) - 3 nos
- Ginger(chopped) -
- Green chillies(slit) - 5 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 2 nos
- Veg oil - 3 tbsp
- Pepper corns - 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 2 -
- Cloves(Grambu) - 5 nos
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 2 nos
- Star anise(Flower shaped spice, normally comes with spice mix, Thakkolam) - 3 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 stem
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a tawa.
- Add onion and saute until light brown.
- Add curry leaves, tomato and stir well until oil separates.
- Add masala powder and turmeric powder.
- Add cooked chicken and stir well.
- Cover it and simmer for 5 mins on a low flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- :- Serve hot.
