Warm milk mixed with a little water(for kneading) –
BaseMix all the dry ingredients and the oil, and then slowly start adding the warm milk a little at a time. Get it to soft dough. Knead it very well for at least 8 minutes or more if possible.
Cover and Leave it to rise for 30-45 minutes. Once risen, punch it down, give it a quick knead and then roll it out, and then place on your greased pizza tray. cover the tray with a light cloth and let the base rest for about 15-20 minutes.
Pizza sauceChop all the ingredients, and mix well in a juice mixer grinder.
In a pan, heat oil. Add Ginger paste to this. Cook until the paste starts browning. Add Tomato sauce to this. Cook in a low flame for a minute and then add the whole tomato-capsicum mixture to this. Cook until it becomes thick.
Pizza ToppingCook the shredded chicken in a pan together with salt and pepper.
Chop capsicum, green chilly and onion into small pieces. Grate the carrot. In a pan, heat oil and cook onion with green chilly, till the onion starts browning. (never cook until it becomes golden brown). Add Capsicum and Grated carrot to this. Cook for a minute and then add the chicken. Cook for two more minutes.
Steps for cooking.Take the pizza tray/ pizza bases. Spread pizza sauce over it.
Above this, lay the toppings.
Sprinkle some cheese over it. And cook in a preheated oven for about 20minutes, or until the cheese melts and the base cooks.
