  • Chicken – 500g
For preparing masala:
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with lemon juice, pepper powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and required salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces.
  3. Take another pan and heat some oil. Otherwise you can use the same oil which you have used to fry the chicken.
  4. Add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies and onion. Fry until it becomes light brown in color.
  5. Add chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
  6. Add sliced tomato and required salt. Stir well until tomato gets cooked.
  7. Add garam masala and tomato sauce.
  8. Add curry leaves and fried chicken. Mix well until the masala gets coated on the chicken pieces.
  9. Serve with Rice or Chappathi.
