  • Boneless Chicken – 2cups
  • All purpose flour(Maida) – 1/2cup
  • Corn flour – 1tbsp
  • Milk 1cup
  • Soda(bi-carb – A pinch) –
  • Onion(finely chopped) – 1no
  • Carrot(grated) – 1/2cup
  • French beans(finely chopped) – 7nos
  • Cabbage(finely chopped) – 1/2cup
  • Ajinomoto(A pinch) –
  • White pepper powder 1/2tsp
  • Soya Sauce – 2tsp
  • Water 1tbsp
  • Oil(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing chicken spring roll, cook chicken in salt water and drain it. Shred the chicken and allow it to cool.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and sautT the onion till transparent.
  3. Saute in the carrot, french breans and cabbage till done.
  4. Sprinkle in ajinomoto, white pepper and salt.
  5. Toss in the shredded chicken and mix well.
  6. Add soya sauce and mix well till dry.
  7. In a bowl mix in maida, milk, soda-bi-carb and salt to make a smooth lump free batter.
  8. Heat a nonstick pan and pour a ladle full of the batter and spread it evenly in circles to form a dosa.
  9. When the bottom of the pancake is cooked, remove it from the pan and keep aside.(Don¦t cook the top part of the pancake).
  10. Repeat the procedure with the remaining batter.
  11. Spoon the chicken stuffing on the cooked side of the pancakes and wrap it up well.
  12. In a small bowl mix corn flour and water. Seal the sides with the corn-flour paste and keep it aside.
  13. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry rolls on till it becomes golden brown in colour.
  14. Chicken spring rolls are ready. Cut and serve hot with ketchup.
