  • Thai rice papers – 12nos
  • Chicken Mince – 1cup
  • Bean sprouts – 1/2cup
  • Vermicelli(broken and cooked) – 1cup
  • Cabbage(shredded) – 1/2cup
  • Mint leaves(chopped) – 3nos
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) – 1spring
  • Lemon juice – 1lemon
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) –
  • Tomato Ketchup – 2tbsp
  • Chilly sauce – 1tbsp
  • Oil(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing chicken spring rolls, first cook the chicken mince in salt water and then drain it. Keep it aside in a bowl.
  2. Add in bean sprouts, cooked vermicelli, pepper powder, salt, chilly sauce, mint leaves, crushed peanuts, tomato ketchup, cabbage, coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix it well and keep it aside.
  3. Take one rice paper, dip it in water and remove it.
  4. Place it on a kitchen towel, stuff with a spoonful of the chicken mixture and roll it. Keep it aside.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the rolls till they become golden brown on all sides.
  6. Chicken spring rolls are ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
