Ingredients
  • To Marinate –
  • Chicken 1 Kg –
  • Curd 3 tsp –
  • Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp –
  • Red chili powder : 1 tsp –
  • Garam Masala : 2 tsp –
  • Corainder Powder :1 tsp –
  • amchur powder 1/2 tsp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Lemon juice 3 tsp –
  • red colour powder 1 pinch –
  • Oil to fry –
Instructions
  1. in bowl add chicken, curd, gignger garlic apste, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, red colour powder, coriander powder and amchur powder
  2. mix well and marinate for 1/2 hour
  3. insert in stick and cook in direct stove for 15 mins
  4. then heat the oil and cook it for 5 mins
  5. now chicken tikka chilly is ready to serve
