Ingredients
- Chicken(chopped) - 1/2 kg
- Onions(finely sliced) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 7 springs
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing chicken tomato dry, mix the garlic paste, coriander powder, salt and chilly powder. Keep this paste aside.
- Blend the tomatoes into a fine paste and keep it aside.
- Heat coconut oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add onions and fry until the onions turn brown.
- Toss in the chicken and tomato paste. Saute it for 5 minutes.
- Then add in the garlic paste mixture and saute it for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Close the lid and allow the chicken to cook. Add water if required.
- Open the lid and allow it to simmer till the water dries up.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Chicken tomato dry is ready. Serve hot with chappathi, parotta, bread etc.
