Chicken Vindari
Chicken vindari is a special chicken curry made in the interest of a thick south Indian flavor gravy. This best suits for rice roti and pulkas. A combination of masala is dry roasted and added to the recipe which enhances the flavor of the chicken curry. To get the gravy the curry is added with the coconut paste to get the creamy texture.This is how chicken vindari is made.

  • chicken 1/2 kg –
  • dhania 1 sp –
  • jeera 2 sp –
  • mustaed 1 sp –
  • khus khus 1 sp –
  • red chilli 6 – 7
  • oniond sliced 1 cup –
  • ginger garlic paste 1 sp –
  • turmeric 1 sp –
  • coconut paste 1/2 cup –
  1. dy roast dhania, jeera, mustard, khus khus and make a powder.
  2. heat oil and onions and ginger garlic paste
  3. now add the masala powder powder
  4. add water ,put turmeric, salt and chicken
  5. when the chicken is cooked add coconut paste to it
  6. stir till moisture absorbs and serve
