  1. For preparing chicken with curry leaves, heat the oil in a pressure cooker.
  2. Fry the onion, ginger, garlic and curry leaves until the onion becomes transparent.
  3. Add the curry powder, chilly, five-spice powder, turmeric and salt.
  4. Then add in the chicken. Keep mixing it well over low flame till it becomes light brown and the oil separates. Cover the pan and allow it to cook.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and allow it to simmer till the liquid evaporates.
  6. Chicken with curry leaves is ready. Serve hot with bread.
