Ingredients
- Chicken(chopped) - 1k g
- Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
- Macadamia nuts - 3 nos
- garlic(crushed) - 2 cloves
- Onions(chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger - 2.5 cm
- Lemon grass stalks(sliced) - 2 nos
- Cube shrimp paste - 1/2 no
- Fresh turmeric - 4cm
- Tamarind pulp(soaked in 45ml warm water) - 1 tbsp
- Coconut milk - 400 g
- Black pepper(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Grind the macadamia nuts and garlic with onion, ginger, lemon grass, shrimp paste and fresh turmeric.
- Strain the tamarind pulp and reserve the juice.
- Heat the oil in a vessel and saute the paste without browning until a nice smell comes.
- Add the pieces of chicken and strained tamarind juice. Mix well.
- Chicken with fresh turmeric is ready.
