Instructions
- For preparing chicken with stilton cheese, blend the pine nuts, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper powder and lemon rind.
- Pound the chicken breasts lightly to flatten them. Spread the ground mixture on one side and top it with cheese.
- Roll them up, wrap the rolls individually in foil and seal well.
- Steam it in an idly vessel until it is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the heat, discard the foil and cut the chicken rolls into slices.
- Garnish with lemon wedges.
