Ingredients
  • Velutha manikkadala : 500 gm –
  • Corriander leaves : 1 cup –
  • Chopped capsicum : ½ cup –
  • Chopped onion : ½ cup –
  • Chopped chilly : 4 –
  • Chopped ginger : ¼ tsp –
  • Chopperd Garlic : ¼ tsp –
  • Chili powder : ½ tsp –
  • Pepper powder : ½ tsp –
  • Chopped curry leaves : few –
  • Baking soda : one pinch –
  • Salt : as reqd –
Instructions
  1. Put the gram in water for some time and remove the water.
  2. Grind 1 to 9 ingredients together in a mixer grinder.
  3. Put salt and baking soda into it and mix them well.4) Make small balls from the mixture. Make the shape of cutlet with each ball.
  4. Fry them in oil.6) Serve hot with tomato sauce.
