Ingredients
  • Yogurt – 1cup
  • Chickpeas(cooked, Kadala) – 1 1/2cup
  • Fresh cream 1tbsp
  • Onion(chopped) – 1no
  • Gharam masala – 1/2tsp
  • garlic(crushed) – 1 1/4tsp
  • Green chilly – 2nos
  • Water 4cups
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) – 1/2cup
  • Sugar(A pinch) –
  • Pepper(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. For preparing chickpeas yogurt gravy, blend together chickpeas, water and required salt. Keep this aside.
  2. Take a deep frying pan and saute onions, green chilly, gharam masala and grated garlic.
  3. Add the blended paste, yogurt, salt & water into it and boil for 3 more minutes. Keep stirring.
  4. Add salt, sugar and pepper.
  5. Garnish with coriander and fresh cream.
  6. Chickpeas yogurt gravy is ready.
